Built in 1903, the Sam Hill Hardware Co. Warehouse is a testament to turn-of-the-century craftsmanship and Prescott’s rich heritage. Once a bustling hub for mining and ranching supplies, it has been thoughtfully restored to honor its legacy while embracing modern elegance.
One-of-a-Kind Venue
The Event Center at Sam Hill Warehouse offers unique spaces for your events, each with it's own charm and versatility. From small gatherings to large celebrations, we're the perfect setting to bring your vision to life:

East Room: Ideal for intimate events or break out meetings; this room provides 1,300 square feet of space. It features vintage brick masonry walls supported by cut stone piers, broad wood beams, and the original maple floor.

West Room: This expansive 2,700 square foot room offers maximum flexibility; in addition to vintage brick masonry walls, broad wood beams and original maple flooring, this room features three original sliding wood freight doors which allowed products from the historic Santa Fe Railroad line to be loaded into the warehouse. Two of the railroad freight doors are backed by modern sliding glass doors that can be opened to reveal the patio--for events that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces.

Patio: Located south of the warehouse, the patio creates an inviting space for cocktails and mingling under the open sky. During summer, shade sails are available.

Bridge: The beautifully restored 1893 Santa Fe, Prescott & Phoenix Railway Bridge connects the Sam Hill Warehouse to the Hilton Garden Inn. With its scenic views over Granite Creek, it’s a stunning backdrop for photos and moments.
