What in-house equipment is included in a rental?

Chiavari or wood resin chairs, standard round and rectangular tables, and table linens are available and included with the room rental. China and a mobile bar are available for rent. Do you have space for parking?

Yes! Parking is available to the North and West of the Sam Hill Warehouse.
What other vendors do you have?

To ensure your event is just what you want it to be we maintain a list of qualified vendors for your convenience including florists, bakeries, photographs, bands, and event planners.
Do you have audio and visual equipment?

Yes! We have advanced A/V & Sound System Tech available.
How many rooms can I rent?

Rent all of the Event Center or any of the interior rooms (west, east, central gathering room.)
Do you offer catering and bartending?

Consult with our catering team to create a culinary delight. Enjoy the convenience of offering one of our banquet bars served by our professional bartenders.

SET A BALLPARK Having a budget range will help you identify which venues to concentrate on. KNOW WHO’S CONTRIBUTING Have a frank conversation with everyone who has offered to help pay for your wedding. Find out how much each person will be contributing. ‍ MAKE A GUEST COUNT Many items are priced per person. Knowing approximately how many people will attend is important. ‍ SET PRIORITIES Rank everything from “essential” to “nice to have” to “not necessary.” is will help you get more of what is really important to you. ‍ FIRST THINGS FIRST Begin by reserving your venue and officiant. Be flexible with your date to get the venue you really want. CREATE AN AGENDA Work with your DJ to create a detailed agenda. Be sure to share the agenda with the venue and caterer. What other services do your venues have?

Our venues have public restrooms, Dressing Rooms, a Mobile Banquet Bar, Patio Sun Shades, A/V & Sound System Tech, and Advanced A/V Systems.
What is unique about working with us?

We are a full service meeting facilities in the quad city. This makes planning and executing your event much easier for you. Reserve with us and we can provide all the basics for your meeting or party—meeting room, set up and clean up, tables, chairs, sound, A/V, linens, catering, china, glassware, flatware, banquet service.
Can hotel guest rooms be reserved?

Planners are able to reserve Guest rooms individually or as a block through Hilton's Group Direct webpage. The hotel is right next door!
