The East Room
For events that need break out space or just a more intimate setting the East Room has 1,300 square feet of space.
The West Room
With its original barn doors still in place, the West Room offers over 2,700 square feet of space surrounded by exposed brick. Sliding glass doors open up to the exterior patio offering a unique space for any event to transition seamlessly between indoor and outdoor use.
The Sam Hill Patio
Located just to the South of the Sam Hill Warehouse, the patio provides space for cocktails and mingling.
The Trestle Bridge
The Historic Santa Fe, Prescott & Phoenix Railway Bridge was originally built in 1893 and is now part of the grounds connecting the Sam Hill Warehouse to the Hilton Garden Inn Prescott-Downtown. The bridge was restored in 2021 as part of the restoration of the Sam Hill Warehouse. The bridge offers a picturesque setting over Granite Creek.
